Hey! I'm Torri, and I am a Board Certified (BC) Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) - (Advanced Generalist) from West Coast University (2020). I have over a decade of nursing experience and I am nationally certified and California state licensed to assess, diagnose, treat (including prescribing medications and providing psychotherapy), and evaluate those suffering from mental health issues across the lifespan.
I am passionate about treating those who are often underserved, teen/young parents/mothers, those who suffer from exposure to adverse childhood experiences (ACES), parents of NICU babies/perinatal/women's mental health, and those who identify as Black, Indigenous, or Persons of Color (BIPOC). I am dedicated to improving lives, eliminating barriers, de-stigmatizing therapy, and mental illness, and increasing access to quality mental health care.
Many of my passions come from my own personal life experiences such as being a teenage mother, experiencing postpartum depression, a history of traumatic experiences, dealing with loss & grief, adjusting to huge life transitions, experiencing severe mental health issues, & not being listened to or feeling unheard.
My patient care is centered around taking the time to develop a trusting relationship with you, listening to your story, questions, and trepidations, and developing a thorough treatment plan that is in alignment with your goals and belief systems. Sometimes that may require medications, sometimes there may be other tools we can utilize. Either way, we will collaborate together to come up with a personalized treatment plan that feels good to you.
MY STORY
With my career beginning in bedside nursing, I am and will always be a nurse first, which has set the foundation for my clinical practice. Since I was a child, I was always told how I was always “helping” whether helping my grandmother who helped raise me or helping my siblings or a friend in need. With that said, I believe in treating each person as a unique individual and I will take my time with each patient to truly understand you and your situation. This will help us to develop a true therapeutic provider/patient relationship thus fostering a positive foundation to build the best treatment plan for you.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our four children, and my two fur babies. I also truly believe in prioritizing self-care and self-love thus, I enjoy my alone time. My personal interests include learning more and diving deeper into my own mental health journey, spirituality, astrology, traveling, reading (mysteries), shopping, home improvement, and listening to music/podcasts.

Hi, I’m Lanie. As a registered nurse with over seven years of experience as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant, I’ve had the privilege of blending my passion for patient care with my love for organizing and helping others behind the scenes.
Being a mom to two wonderful children and a wife has taught me more than I could have ever imagined about patience, balance, and empathy. The constant juggling act of family life has made me a natural at multitasking, staying organized, and handling challenges with a calm and steady mindset—traits that I bring into my work every day.
These life experiences have made me not just a skilled virtual assistant, but someone who truly understands the importance of supporting both the healthcare professionals I work with and the patients they care for. I know that every task, no matter how small, plays a part in making a difference for the people we serve.
When I assist with scheduling, patient communications, or handling the daily details of healthcare operations, I’m not just doing a job—I’m helping to create a smoother, more compassionate experience for everyone involved.
